TERMS and CONDITIONS of SALES

1) Payment Method

Payments can be made using one of the credit card or debit card methods. 

2) Validity Period

The prices listed and advertised on the site are the sales price. The advertised prices and promises are valid until they are updated and modified. The prices advertised with a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period. However, in case of price discrepancy which may happen as a result of advertising the price incorrectly by mistake or not updating the price due to supplier's late notification, the current price to be reported by the seller to the customer shall be considered valid. In case the customer is charged more than the price of goods/services, the difference is refunded. If the actual price of the goods/service is different from the one advertised, the Buyer is notified of the actual price. In accordance with the customer's request, sale is carried out at the actual price, or it is canceled.

DELIVERY POLICY

Your orders are delivered to the cargo company within five business days after receiving the bank approval. Cargo deliveries are received from our company on Mondays-Tuesdays-Wednesdays-Thursdays and Fridays according to the working hours of the cargo company. Depending on the distance of the delivery address to our company address (İstanbul/Çekmeköy), the cargo company will deliver your order within 1-5 working days.

In the event of any failure caused by us, you will be informed using your membership information. So it is important that your membership information be complete and accurate. Deliveries are not done on feast days and holidays..

The products you purchase will be notified to you by a confirmation email. If any of the products you have selected are not available in our stock, you will be contacted.

Online shopping website allows multiple users to shop at the same time. In rare cases, several customers buy the same product, and the product is depleted in stocks.

In this case:

If  the product for which you have made the payment via internet is not available in our stock, there is minimum 4 (four) maximum 30 (thirty) day waiting period. If the product cannot be shipped to the customer within this period, payment made is refunded.

 RETURN POLICY

 1) Return Procedures

 In order to return to your order, go to My Orders page and click the RETURN button next to the relevant order. Select the product to return and fill in the required information. After filling in the required fields on the invoice, ship the product to our address by putting the invoice in the product box. The cost of return shipped through Aras Kargo is paid by our company.

 2) Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without taking any legal and penal liability within fourteen days from the date of the delivery of the goods without specifying any reason in distant sales contracts regarding sales of products. In the case of distance contracts regarding service delivery, this period begins on the date of signing the contract. If the delivery of the service is decided to be done before the period of fourteen days in the contract,  the customer may exercise his/her right of withdrawal until the date of commencement of the delivery of the service. Costs arising from exercising the right of withdrawal is borne by the seller. 

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of the Distance Sales Agreement and in accordance with the prior information published on the website, which is an integral part of this Agreement, the Buyer must notify the seller by fax, telephone or email specified above within fourteen days, and the packaging and contents of the goods/services must not be damaged during the testing of the goods, and the goods/services must be in a condition that can be resold by the Seller. Return procedures within the scope of the right of withdrawal are included in the Distance Sales Agreement. If this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice for the goods/service delivered to third person or the Buyer. The price of goods/services and delivery costs shall be returned to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest following the notification of the right of withdrawal, and within a period of 10 (ten) days, the Buyer is obliged to return the goods/services. If the e-Archive invoice sent to the Buyer with the product is not returned to the Seller, VAT and other legal liabilities are not returned to the Buyer. The delivery cost of the goods/services returned with the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Seller. 

In case of a decrease in the value of the goods for any reason due to the Buyer's fault, or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is obliged to compensate the loss of the Seller in proportion to his/her fault. Payments can be made using one of the credit card or debit card methods. 
 

2) Goods and Services for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

These are the goods/services that cannot be returned by nature, rapidly deteriorating and expired goods/services, disposable goods/services and any software and programs that can be copied. In addition, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal for all kinds of food, software and programs, DVD, DIVX, VCD, CD, MD, videotapes, computer and stationery supplies (toner, cartridge, ribbon and the like) and cosmetics, the packaging of the goods/services must not be opened, damaged or used.

a) Contracts relating to goods or services whose price varies depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets, and which are not under the control of the seller or the supplier.

b) Contracts relating to goods prepared in accordance with the customer's wishes or personal needs.

c) Contracts for the delivery of goods which may be expired or rapidly deteriorate.

ç) Contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as wrapping, tape, seal and packaging opened after delivery, and because of that their return is not appropriate in terms of health and hygiene.

d) Contracts relating to goods which are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature.

e) Contracts relating to books, digital content and computer consumables provided as tangible products, whose protective elements such as wrapping, tape, seal and packaging have been opened after the delivery of the goods.

f) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided within the scope of a subscription agreement.

g) Contracts related to the use of leisure time for the purpose of accommodation, transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply and recreation, which must be carried out on a specific date or period.

e) Contracts related to the services delivered in electronic environment or the intangible goods delivered to the customer immediately.

h) Contracts related to the services that are started to be delivered with the approval of the customer before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.
