Honeyed Apple Elixir


• 2 apples
• 5 tablespoons of honey
• 1 cup of warm water
• Juice of 2 lemons
• Ice cubes
• A couple slices of lemon
• Fresh mint leaves


Wash the apples thoroughly, peel them, and clean out the seeds. Cut them into slices and extract the juice using a fruit juicer. Mix the honey, warm water, and lemon juice in a glass, and add it to the apple juice. After the resulting mixture has cooled in the refrigerator, garnish however you like with ice cubes, a few lemon slices and fresh mint leaves. Serve cold.
