Strawberry Honey Lemonade

(4 cups of 250 ml)


300 g Strawberry 

2 lemons

500 ml (2.5 cups) potable water.

3 tablespoon Balparmak Honey

100 g fresh ginger 


For service:

Fresh mint

3 Cubes of Ice for 1 cup



- Grate the lemon peels with a thin surface of the grate and extract the lemon juice. Grate the fresh ginger with a very fine grater. Mix the lemon peel with grated fresh ginger, lemon juice, 250-ml water and Balparmak honey. Keep this mixture in the fridge for 4 hours.

- Blend strawberries and 250-ml water in another bowl. At the end, blend the two mixes and sift through a fine strainer or tulle.


Presentation Suggestion: 

Put 3 cubes of ice in a 250-ml water glass.  

- Share the lemonade you prepared out on them.

- Add fresh mint leaves on the lemonade and serve them.
