Honey Banana Quince Dessert

• 4 quinces 
• 1 apple 
• 4 bananas 
• 4 tablespoons of honey

• 100 grams of seedless raisins
• 8 cups of water
• 6 cups of granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon of food coloring
• Cinnamon

• 8 tablespoons of cream
• 4 tablespoons of crushed walnuts


Peel the quinces, cut them in half, and scoop out the middle.  Mix the water, food coloring and five cups of sugar together. Place the quinces into this mixture and cook until soft. Grate the apple and cook with the raisins, cinnamon and one cup of sugar over medium heat. Arrange the quinces on a tray and evenly spread the apple mixture over them. Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. After they cool, place them on a serving plate. Slice the bananas and arrange them around the quinces. Put a dollop of cream over the bananas and sprinkle the walnuts over them. Drizzle honey over the walnuts and serve.
