Honey Pudding

• 1 packet of banana pudding
• 1 packet of chocolate pudding
• 6 cups of milk
• 1 lemon
• ½ cup of honey
• Fresh Strawberries


Cook a packet of chocolate pudding with three cups of milk. Pour into serving cups, filling them half way, and let it sit until lukewarm. Cook a packet of banana pudding with three cups of milk and pour over the chocolate pudding. Let the pudding sit in the refrigerator for a half hour. Mix the half cup of honey with warm water, and add the juice and zest of one lemon. Portion out the resulting mixture over the cups of pudding. Garnish with fresh strawberries if you like, and serve cold.
