    Honeyed Apple Elixir

    Ingredients

    • 2 apples
    • 5 tablespoons of honey
    • 1 cup of warm water
    • Juice of 2 lemons
    • Ice cubes
    • A couple slices of lemon
    • Fresh mint leaves

    Preparation

    Wash the apples thoroughly, peel them, and clean out seeds. Cut them into slices and extract juice using a fruit juicer. Mix the honey, warm water and lemon juice in a glass, and add it to the apple juice. After resulting mixture hes cooled in the refrigerator, garnish however you like with ice cubes, a few lemon slices and fresh mint leaves. Serve cold.
