Honey Fluffs


• 3 eggs
• 1.5 cups of flour
• 1 packet of vanilla
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• Juice and zest of 1.5 lemons
• Vegetable oil for frying
• 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons of honey


Beat the eggs and sugar thoroughly. Mix well the flour, baking soda, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla. After heating oil in a pan, take a spoonful of the batter and put it in the hot oil.  After the batter is sufficiently fried in the oil, take it out of the pan and momentarily let the oil drip off before placing on a serving dish. Drizzle honey and powdered sugar over them and serve.
